First of all, you should know that the Canton Fair was founded in the spring of 1957 and is held every year in spring and autumn in Guangzhou, more specifically in China Import and Export Fair Complex (380, Yuejiang Zhong Road, Guangzhou).

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE CANTON FAIR:
If you are a new user, you have to register on the official website of the Canton Fair, by filling out this form form .
Once you complete the form, you will receive an official email from the Fair to activate your account. Remember that to access the fair you need to register first, your application will be approved within three working days.

HOW TO OBTAIN THE LETTER OF INVITATION TO THE CANTON FAIR:
The letter of invitation is part of the visa requirements. You can get the invitation in 2 ways:

VISA FOR THE CANTON FAIR:
The most common visa to visit the Canton Fair is the business visa or M visa. Once you have obtained the invitation letter, you can apply for the visa at the Chinese consulate/embassy of your country or the CVASC (Chinese Visa Application Service Center).
FLIGHTS TO CHINA: HOW TO GET TO THE CANTON FAIR.
Guangzhou has an international airport, however there are almost no direct flights from Latin America, Europe or the United States.
The usual way is to fly to Hong Kong International Airport and take a train to Guangzhou or the other option is to fly to Shanghai Pudong Airport and then take a flight to Guangzhou, taking advantage of the time to make a stopover and visit any of the cities mentioned.
