It is essential to inspect the quality of the goods before shipping them to their destination in China to avoid surprises.
MingTa ensures that all parameters required by the customer are met and that all work performed is documented.
Pre-shipment inspection
One of our technicians will inspect the goods prior to loading, strictly following the customer’s instructions.
Inspection management
If any incident is detected, the customer will be informed immediately in order to avoid the shipment of goods in poor condition. We will also contact the supplier to clarify the situation and solve the problem.
Photo report
We photograph in detail the most important parts of the product sample, previously indicated by the customer. The photographs are published on the same day on our intranet for consultation.
Video report
We also make one or more videos during the inspection so that the customer can get a general idea of the situation of the purchased goods.
Complete inspection report
With all the data we prepare a written report so that the client has a record of the work done and can consult this information whenever needed.
