Quality audit is the important moment when purchasing in China. Many times people try to save costs by skipping this step of the purchasing management when in fact it is probably the most important one.
It is recommended that a pre-shipment quality audit be performed on the goods to be shipped to the destination. This will avoid unpleasant surprises upon arrival. If a container arrives at its destination and the contents are not what we wanted or are in poor condition we are helpless as it will be difficult or impossible to return the container to China.
A quality audit in China increases the likelihood of import success and we recommend carrying it out with professionals who can photograph or even videotape the audit so that we have a record of it. Some companies even send production samples by air so that they can be checked at destination before shipment.
