Given the interest generated by the posts in which we talk about Incoterms, we have decided to make a series of short posts explaining one by one the Incoterms 2010. We will try to make it very simple and understandable so that you can make a quick consultation when you have any doubt about them.
Before starting with the series I recommend you to take a look at the previous articles in which we introduced Incoterms:
As we are talking all the time about importing from China, we are going to put the examples almost always in maritime transport. However, it should be noted that Incoterms are used in all types of transport, and some such as CIP or CPT are usually used in land transport, as we will discuss when we get to them.
The 2010 Incoterms total 11, so we will be publishing articles for several weeks. If you want to keep up to date with the latest news without having to keep an eye on this blog, you can subscribe to our RSS feed or follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter where we will share all the articles in this series.
